GREAT property! We love the pickleball courts, the staff and the location. Our 3-bedroom has so much space, and we love not having to take care of a yard. Having our dog here is so easy and there are places for him to take care of business everywhere. Cant recommend this enough!

We love the pool area and picked all courts. Apartments are leashes and spacious. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

We lived here for about 5 months and it was literally perfect! We’re from California and thought the price for a 2 bed 1 bath was super affordable! The space was huge!! Our assigned parking spot was right outside of our apartment. The staff was always so nice and helpful. Everything in the apartment was so nice and brand new. We had a great time! If we’re ever in Utah again, we’ll definitely be living here!

These are the nicest apartments I’ve ever lived in!!!!!!! Sound conditioning is a real thing here! I barely hear neighbors!!! Everything is nice and clean. But maintenance is nice and does a great job! Front desk staff is friendly and helpful!! I am Very very happy! Update: I renewed my lease, this place is super nice, just come over and see my place if you don't believe me :D
