Brianne literally saved me. I moved on a whim with no plan, and after one interaction with her, I had a home again. She truly did go above and beyond for me. She communicated effectively and made sure I stayed in the loop with everything that was going on, everything she needed from me, etc. It was an incredibly easy process to get into a home here, and it has been an amazing place to live. I walked into the office doors one day, and I moved into my apartment the very next day. That fast. That easy. She is still just as great as she was the first day I walked through the office doors.
Michelle makes you feel welcome, immediately. She meets you with a smile, every time you walk through the doors. Sheâs always eager to help you, even when it has nothing to do at all with your apartment â she is willing to help with literally anything.
I have lived in lots of apartments, and this is definitely the best experience Iâve ever had with apartment management. They do everything they say theyâre going to do. They keep you in the loop. They make sure you are aware of whatâs going on at all times.
If I could give more than five stars, Iâd fill up a whole plethora of stars for these two ladies!
