Great experience!
Me and my fiance had a terrific experience getting all of our paperwork filled out and the place looks and feels amazing! Everyone was very helpful and eager to help us get everything set up! Austin skinner is the guy to go to! Helped us get everything signed and ready to go in less than 2 days!

These apartments were sooo kind to us from the start especially Shea!!!....they were so patient with us and helped us through the process with no stress....there was a couple fixer uppers that were needed in our unit and Brandon got here real quick and fixed them quickly and efficiently!!!! I would recommend this place to friends and family anyday!! Thanks for letting our family be a part of your beautiful community!!

Brandon did an amazing job making our apartment livable again. Our water heater wasn't working and the ice maker wouldn't stop making ice. Within just a few minutes, we were up and running again. Thanks for the fabulous work!

I just moved into La Vida and I love it so much Shea helped us so much especially after the lost everything at the Riverside Dr apartment fires. She is the best and was so accomdating and made moving in so simple. I recommend you go in and ask for her she is a really nice person and the apartments are so comfortable and safe.

Shea is the most wonderful leasing agent I have ever come across in my life. She was so accommodating to our needs and showed real authenticity with how much she cared for our situation and getting us into our new place. Highly recommend moving to la vida and asking for shea when you come into the clubhouse.
