Brandon, the maintenance technician, did an amazing job helping us with the issues in our apartment. I can’t thank or compliment him enough—he went above and beyond, even addressing things that weren’t originally on the work order. His willingness to help without hesitation really stood out. He’s an incredible team member and truly appreciated.

Michelle was the best and most articulate tour person. She showed us around all the amenities while explaining how it would fit perfectly into our life. She was super sweet and was able to answer all our questions and concerns. Also made us feel super comfortable, definitely someone you want to see & meet when you go into the office for a tour!

Harry has been awesome to work with! Super easy going and cares a lot about the tenants and property!

I just moved into La Vida and the front desk was so professional and very helpful with everything from the tour to the application etc Michelle & Brianne had the best attitude i could tell they love to help people which ever way they could thank you!

We have lived here a month now, although I was impressed by how friendly and smooth they made the application process and move in, I wanted to wait to give a review. One month later I’m still impressed! These apartments are clean, quiet, family friendly. The office staff is incredible and my kids frequently go in to say hello! Mainly to Brianne! She’s always a smiling welcome face! She has answered all my million questions with kindness. I’m grateful to call this place home!

Brianne literally saved me. I moved on a whim with no plan, and after one interaction with her, I had a home again. She truly did go above and beyond for me. She communicated effectively and made sure I stayed in the loop with everything that was going on, everything she needed from me, etc. It was an incredibly easy process to get into a home here, and it has been an amazing place to live. I walked into the office doors one day, and I moved into my apartment the very next day. That fast. That easy. She is still just as great as she was the first day I walked through the office doors. Michelle makes you feel welcome, immediately. She meets you with a smile, every time you walk through the doors. She’s always eager to help you, even when it has nothing to do at all with your apartment — she is willing to help with literally anything. I have lived in lots of apartments, and this is definitely the best experience I’ve ever had with apartment management. They do everything they say they’re going to do. They keep you in the loop. They make sure you are aware of what’s going on at all times. If I could give more than five stars, I’d fill up a whole plethora of stars for these two ladies!

The apartments are so nice and clean , they have amazing staff. The lady Michelle has an awesome personality and knows what she’s doing . They also have a lot of great amenities .

My five stars is for the maintenance team, a special shout out to Eric who always takes care of us and gets the job done efficiently and on time! Never had a problem with his work.
